Burak Oguz Saguner - TRAVELLING Cinematographer
Born in Sydney, Australia, and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, Burak graduated from North Sydney College of TAFE NSW in 2004, where he studied Screen & TV Production.
As a travelling cinematographer, he worked on numerous independent short film, feature film, documentary, TVC and music video projects in different parts of the world including Australia, Europe, Vietnam, and Turkey.
During the years of 2012 to 2013, Burak lived in Ho Chi Minh City where he shot tv dramas and feature films.
Burak Oguz Saguner completed a Postgraduate Degree in Cinematography at AFTRS (Australian Film, TV and Radio School) in 2014. During this time, he shot Driftwood Dustmites, which world-premiered at the 65th Berlin International Film Festival and subsequently won him Best Achievement in Cinematography Award at the St Kilda Film Festival and Best Cinematography Award at the Canberra Short Film Festival in 2016.
Burak Oguz Saguner is currently a member of the Australian Cinematographers Society and continues to work internationally.
